Information we collect

• Contact and enquiry details you submit through our quote form: name, company, email address, telephone number, site location, the service you need and any notes you add.
• Information you give us by phone, email or on site in order for us to quote, schedule and carry out pest control work.
• Details of the property and the pest activity recorded during the visit, so we can carry out the work and advise you properly.

Please do not send us sensitive personal information through the website form. It is not needed to quote for pest control.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote: because you have asked us to, and because it is in our legitimate interest to answer enquiries about our services.
• To perform our contract with you: scheduling attendance, carrying out treatments and issuing invoices and reports.
• To meet legal and record-keeping obligations: retaining treatment records and accounting records for the periods required.

Who we share it with

We share information only where it is necessary to deliver the work or run the business: with any approved subcontractor attending your property, and with the service providers who host our website, deliver our email and process our enquiries and accounts. Where you have asked us to, we may send your paperwork to a party you nominate, such as a landlord or managing agent. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not proceed are kept only as long as needed to deal with them and any follow-up. Job records and reports are kept for as long as they are relevant to the work and to meet legal, insurance and accounting requirements, and are then deleted or securely destroyed.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we have no continuing reason to keep it, object to or restrict certain processing, and ask us to transfer it to another provider where that applies.
